Fitness is everything and in fitness, there are absolutely no shortcuts. It is an amalgamation of extreme hard work and utter discipline. In order to reinforce the importance of fitness, Delhi Public School organized a Fitness week from 17 November to 23 November 2019. We, at Delhi Public School Kathua, actively work towards including some form of physical exercise or activity in the daily routine of our students.
